FACILITY
Our head office in Bangalore is equipped with a state of the art in-house laboratory with technicians who have paramount experience. Tests including Colour Fastness, Pilling, Washing and intensive pH analysis and a range of others are done here. Results of any and all testing that is done is recorded, analysed and shared with our buyers.
We also house our own 3D and CAD facilities that are equipped with the most advanced machinery and are run by certified operators who have a dynamic understanding of the field. Our process hence begins with design and prototyping and allows us to pay utmost attention to detail from the start.
Powered by our artisans with over forty years of experience, all our garments are hand crafted and quality checked entirely in-house, be it large volumes or small. Maximum efficiency has always been and continues to be an everyday goal; everything from fabric checking to cutting, pattern making and stitching is split between our three factories in the city. This helps us give our organization a framework and makes sure that each one’s role is clear-cut and concise.
We run a clean, safe and empowering work environment across our facilities and are currently operating with a 90% female workforce across the board. Orderliness and dedication are at the crux of our organisation, and each and every one of our employees collectively works towards this, ensuring that every goal is one we achieve together.
